The 1998—1999 renovation of The Willows made it far more than just a restaurant.  It is now an entire
complex.

The Willows  features an open-air main dining area bordering a man-made lagoon where a child-size replica of the Hokulea floats.

The complex even boasts its own wedding chapel (above). On the day of this photo, the chapel lanai was set with tables.

The structural posts of the cashier station (above) are ohia trees from which the bark has been stripped.

The cocktail lounge is pictured at right. The roof of the lounge extends to the left  and is built  around an old tree.  That was a challenge to build!

In addition to several private dining rooms, we also built the fine dining room, which features a vaulted cathedral ceiling and koa soffits.
